This group is for anyone that has been falsely accussed by Nebraska Medicaid or knows someone that has been falsely accused,Nebraska Medicaid completly destroyed my intire life,They accused me of Dr shopping for narcotics and found me guilty.Yet they had no proof,no appoints,no payments,no time that i supposibly seen theses Doctors,no medicaid bill,No Medcaid Reciepts of payment and when I contacted these Doctors they had never heard of me,they had no record of ever seeing me and didnt even know that there name was on a document for seeing me.Medicaid got a letter from my P.A who investigated this and told them I was innocent.I ask them to generate the files and pull up the medicaid payments and it would prove my innocents,They refused!I was dieing,When my P.A had me see an endocrinologist I had no vitamin B12,NO VITAMIN D AND VERY LITTLE TESTOSTERONE,When the Dr found out that my P.A had me see the specialist he stopped her from seeing me and vetoid all the prescriptions from the endocrinologist,My Cortisone level was betwwen 14 and 17,I begged Medicaid to let find a new Doctor or I would die,Medicaid said NO,I was bedridden for a year and spoon fed.My wife a nurse for over 25 years was watching an innocent man die,My Cortisone level was checked on June 2nd it came back 2.1 my Adrenal Glands were dead.I had only seen a P.A for a year and I was running for City Council.Now my life has been destroyed and shortened.Heres what happened.My Doctor quit from the beatrice medical center,The Beatrice medical center told me I had to come in one more time fore my medications,Dr Mccellen wrote out all my prescriptions for a year,he didnt know that klonapin can only be called in 6 months at a time.After that 6 month the pharmacy called and if Dr Mccellen wasnt there his nurse would just have what ever Dr was working sign for the prescription refill.I had not a clue about that and I had never met,talked to or even knew who the Drs were.Medicaid knew this,They knew I was innocent
